Executive Summary
Kagawad Rey Casanova is a dedicated public servant with a background in law enforcement, public safety, and community service. He completed his early education at Dacanlao, Gregorio Agoncillo Elementary School (1975-1981) and Calaca Academy, Batangas (1981-1985) before pursuing Mechanical Engineering at the University of the East (1985-1991).
With extensive experience in government service, Casanova worked as a Confidential Agent/Intelligence Officer at the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) from 1999 to 2010. He later served as Executive Officer of Barangay BF Homes (2007-2013) and has been a Barangay Kagawad since 2013, focusing on public safety, peace and order, and social welfare.
